  • I find the best way to work with indivudals and get the very best results are through a process of at least 3 months. Rebalancing the body doesnt happen overnight and most of the time there are unique processes that need to happen in specific sequence in order to achiee the desired outcome. In adition most of my clients like having the accountabilty piece and guidance for tweaks and changes when things come up.
